Refund policy

Thank you for your business!

All custom orders MUST be approved by client prior to production.  Once approved, ALL orders MUST be paid in full before production begins. Custom orders are not resalable and that is the reason for the pre pay policy.  

Here are our refund and return policies!

All orders are non refundable or returnable. If there is a defect in the product ie (broken, ripped, torn) we must be notified immediately and the damaged item returned prior to us remaking that particular item.  Please note that all of our items are made by hand and may have a slight imperfection from time to time, as we are only human.
